I’ve been a Cricket customer for over 10 years and can’t understand how Cricket doesn’t give some kind of discount on a new phone. A new customer can get a phone for $39 but I’d have to pay $389 for the same phone. What about customer loyalty? Does anyone know a workaround or a loophole to getting a cheaper iPhone through Cricket? I don’t want to leave Cricket but need a new phone. Help.

Husband is thinking about buying a new Cricket phone at Walmart. Its cheaper than upgrading at the Cricket store. Can I transfer his service to the new phone online or would he need to go to the store?
I've currently got samsung A15 5G with a pretty damaged screen. I'm looking at replacing it, and I just want to get another one of the same phone. The cricket store said on the phone it'd be 160 if I'm not able to upgrade, but I see the same model is sold as a prepaid phone for way less at places like Best Buy, locked to Cricket. Could I just buy one of those, take it to Cricket, swap the sim and maybe do some extra silliness, and just use that as a replacement phone? I don't see any reason why I couldn't, as long as it's a Cricket phone to start with.
(Also, Mycricket DOES say I'm eligible for an upgrade, but I haven't had this phone for a year...?)
Im looking for a phone to use on cricket that’s a good midrange phone, around 200-400. It’s for my sister who already has an existing cricket plan and cricket phone. She had the Motorola stylus 2022 and she doesn’t like her phone at all.
Before I used to buy her Blu phones but their website says they don’t work on cricket. And I bought her a TCL but that one didn’t work on cricket either so I had to return it. I have no idea what to get her. Any suggestions? TIA
