Like many migrating away from Google Workspace, my main concern has been finding a new email provider for my 5 users across 3 domains. The GSuite email host alternatives with prices? thread on r/gsuite was a good starting point, but I found myself needing more information than was provided there.
I decided to record my findings in a spreadsheet covering everything I could find answers for, complete with links to the source of the information as far as possible.
It's still a work in progress, and I welcome corrections, updates, and requests. I hope you find it helpful :)

I’ve been considering iCloud+ as an alternative. Is there a reason this was not included in your sheet? (Awesome list, btw!) I want to make sure I’m not overlooking something important. My family is already bought in to the apple ecosystem of devices and I had already upgraded to the $10/month iCloud storage plan. So it allows me to have 6 users with up to 3 emails per user. Each email could be the same domain with aliases or 3 different domains. We would each need to create an iCloud email account for logging in, but then I have successfully added multiple domains with aliases as well as disabled the iCloud.COM email as the primary and added one of the custom domain addresses as primary. Am I missing something important? I’ve only tested this setup in preparation to move, but not been using it everyday to see if there are any “gotchas”. Thanks!
