CVS or Walgreens charges $16 for printing passport photos. If you have the digital photo, instead you can save money by using an app on your phone to create a 3x3 collage and print on a regular 4x6 for $0.89.
Edit 1: As some people suggested, there are plenty of apps that help you meet the requirements. I've been doing this for many years without any issues.
Serious replies only please, the next stage of my new life depends on it.
I'm at a loss here. I have 7 days to turn in acceptable 'physical' Canada passport photos or my CoPR will be cancelled. I haven't gone through all these hoops just to fail at the end and unfortunately I've had my passport photos rejected twice.
This last time I had them done at Walgreens and the first time they were taken at Riteaid. Both have been rejected and a yellow highlight has been shown on 'Must be taken by a commercial photographer'.
Where can I go in the US to get acceptable Canada passport photos for my CoPR that will be accepted? I don't have another chance at this point.
