Dark olive, or olive in general, are colors I specifically avoid, so I won't be much help in your search. But I'm here to suggest dying your own. Dying natural fiber cloth is not hard if you have a clothes washer and you follow the dye directions carefully, though I would recommend running the washer empty with bleach once afterwards. The best dyes I've found are from Dharma Trading online. They have fantastic directions on their site and their customer service is genuinely great, very friendly and understanding of newbies. To get a precise color, and it sounds like you have a precise color in mind, you do need to get a bit technical (read: do a little math and use a kitchen scale) to get what you want. Because different colors contain different chemicals, each dye has its own different amount that's optimal for the weight of fabric you want to dye. You will need helper chemicals too, depending on the fabric, like salt and maybe citric acid or other things, all of which Dharma sells. Temperature control can matter, though less with cotton than with some other fibers. You can improve your odds of success by doing a test run first on something you care less about—maybe a sheet from Goodwill?—and by, sorry, following all the directions carefully, including washing the fabric first.
