Has anyone had issues with the durability of daVinci products? I’ve seen that they have good reviews and the price point is appealing, but I’m worried about how long they’ll last. If you’ve purchased one of their cribs or dressers, have you had any issues with any parts of it breaking or needing replaced?

Can this dresser be used as a changing station?
Is the dresser made of solid wood?
Is the dresser easy to assemble?
FTM here, I purchased the Beau DaVinci dresser and was initially planning on doing the topper that goes with it and a contoured changing pad. After initially thinking this, I came across the skiphop changing pad that is wipeable and thought maybe this is a better option? I am curious if you had any experience with either.
My main issue with skiphop is if there is a potential smell of the material and if it stains over time? As well as any markings left on the dresser once removed? I do like the esthetics of a changing topper with pad better, but the ease of wiping and being done without adding to the laundry pile makes me think skiphop is a no brainer? Thanks!
I’m looking for recommendations for a dresser for the nursery that can double as a changing table.
I was looking at the Hemnes dresser from ikea but it appears to be no longer available. I saw someone posted it is being discontinued and will eventually be replaced with something else. I’ve also seen lots of people complaining about the other ikea dressers purchased recently. Apparently all of the drawers do not open wide because of a new safety standard, which sounds very frustrating.
I’d rather not spend a ton of money, but the reviews I’m seeing on wayfair, target, amazon for alternatives do not seem great.
I’m planning on getting a skip hop wipeable changing pad, which is 18.25” so the dresser needs to be wide enough for that.
I was hoping to get a dresser that would last through teenage years, but now I’m looking at delta or divinci dressers because they are wide enough, have decent reviews, and are affordable.
Should I get a nursery specific dresser (and if so which one) or any suggestions for an adult sized one that will work?
