Are you trying to sand with the hook and loop pad itself? You know, you put sand paper on the other side of that. That pad should never wear out. I bought an assorted package of Mastercraft orbital pads. Tried them out for the first time recently on my DeWalt orbital.. they last less than 5 minutes before the velcro shreds and they no longer stick to tool. I tried two brand new pads and the same thing happened on both..They won't stick to the tool and there isn't even any wear on the grit.
Looking for pads that work well with DeWalt orbital that don't break the bank.
