Every year Crave (here in Canada) gives out a Black Friday special for their annual plan at the end of November for about a week or 2, then the price goes back to the regular amount at the beginning of December. Does Disney Plus have this as well? (I know Black Friday for this year is still a long way from now but just curious). Also does DisneyPlus let you pay off monthly subscriptions through gift cards?
Also I think the content varies depending on the location, is the Canadian Disney Plus different from the American Disney Plus? If I was to use a VPN then can I access the American version? For the more popular shows like Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, Futurama, etc are they in both? Also is the streaming better quality on the desktop app compared to on the web browser? (like edge or google chrome)

There is no Black Friday sale. However, there is a Disney+ Day (or anniversary) sale annually if the past three years are any indication, however I think these are for new subscribers only and the date of Disney+ Day may fluctuate. You cannot use Disney gift cards. There is a Disney+ gift card, but it is annual only and only available in the US. You can use iTunes or Google Play gift cards. I’d assume you can also use Visa gift cards, however you can’t split payment between multiple cards so the balance would need to be, at minimum, the cost of renewal plus tax. In theory, VPNs work but by this point Disney has likely blocked all the free ones. However, because Canada has Star (a lot of Disney-owned Hulu Originals and mature content), it’s more likely to be Americans wanting to access the Canadian catalog than the other way around. Of the shows you listed, only Simpsons is in the US, I believe everything else is in Canada. The Windows app allows up to 1080p. All web browsers for PCs only support up to 720p, I believe Safari allows up to 1080p on Mac but I’m not 100% sure. It is impossible to get 4K, HDR, or Atmos on a PC or Mac. Disney+ Basic (ad-supported) does not work on the Windows app (applies to US only). There is no desktop app for Mac.

All the shpws you listed are available in Canada. On the contrary Americans wish they had the Canadian or other international versions of Disney+ because they don't have access to as much content. If you sign up then remember to change your profile's age rating to show TV-MA content. It's on TV-14 level by default.
