Converting propane fire pit to natural gas fire pit
Have you tried researching your particular pit for this question? In general you’re right, propane is heavier than air and will settle where as natural gas wants to dissipate up into the surrounding atmosphere. While you should be ok with your setup, I would recommend identifying your pit by make and model if possible and researching the specifics for it when converting. More on reddit.com

I am torn between a heavy gauge options (this one: Heavy Gauge Option) or a cheaper option, which would also have air holes, so the fire would get more draft (this one: Cheaper Option) I guess I am wondering how must air I need to introduce in this.
