If you use the app you can check yourself out! This is what I do. You pull the cart over, I use a less busy aisle, scan each item with your phone and then check out on the app. You can store the card on the app so you don't even have to take the card out. Just keep the receipt pled up on your pgone so the worker can check it otw out, just like they do with everyone. More on reddit.com
