Could you please share a few details regarding your issue? May I know the Bluetooth device that you are trying to connect to the system? (Like Keyboard, mouse, headset or VR) Do you get any error while trying to "Add a Bluetooth Device"? (Other than "Couldn't Connect") Did you system came with built-in Bluetooth or did you install a 3rd party Bluetooth Module? I had the same problem. what worked for me was downloading the Bluetooth driver from the original HP site (that's my laptop's brand). They'll ask for the serial number and other details which you can find in the systems menu of your PC or at the bottom of the PC ( I found my serial number here). once you install the driver, you'll find the problem resolves almost immediately! I first tried adding a bluetooth device and it's said couldn't connect It said •on this device, turn on bluetooth •if this device supports Bluetooth, but you can't turn it on, try to update your driver through Windows Update in settings.
I checked my windows updates and it said that I was up to date. Please help

So, I updated my windows 10 last night. But today, when I tried to connect my microphone via bluetooth, I couldn't find the bluetooth button in both notification section and bluetooth setting. Actually I can't turn on the bluetooth on my laptop. And I've just noticed that there is no bluetooth driver in the device manager. So I tried many apps and websites to find and download the correct bluetooth driver for my pc. I found it on dell website (btw my laptop model is dell inspiron 15R N5110) but the problem was that It wouldnt be installed on windows 10; It was for windoes 7 or 8.
Any solutions? I really need this to be fixed for my online classes.
