Anyone remove carpet for dust mite allergy?
Yes I have, we removed them from our bedrooms and main living areas, only leaving stairs carpeted and it drastically helped my dust mite allergies, much clearer breathing and I dont wake up in rashes. Would 100% reccomend if able to remove. More on reddit.com

Dust mites and carpets?
Hardwood floors are better, but vacuuming carpet twice a week really does great job, especially with all the vacuums that have a good HEPA filteration. For me, a bedroom HEPA filter helps with dust as well as pollen, mold. More on reddit.com

We compared pretreatment mean allergen concentrations and loads to posttreatment values and performed between-group analyses after adjusting for differences in the pretreatment means.
