Hi all!
I am a bit confused about the differences between all 4 of the dyson V11 models listed on their website:
Shop Dyson V11™ cordless vacuum cleaners | Dyson (dysoncanada.ca)
I understand they all come with different tools, which is explicit enough in their description, and that the Outsize model has bigger bin, comes with two batteries and has a bigger motor head.
Where I start being confused is if there are other differences between all these models? Such as:
- Is the LCD display the same on all 4 models?
- What is the difference between the Nickel and Gold Torque Drive?
- Do they all have a detachable battery? I know only the Outsize model comes with a second one, but are all other models easily detachable if I were to buy a second one myself?
- Is there any differences aside from the tools that come with each model?

Hello! I'm looking to get a Dyson V11, but there's quite a variety of models and naming for this vacuum. I've seen V11 Absolute Pro, Animal, Torque, Outside, and then V11h and V11b. I was wondering what the difference is for all of these?
Past that, is it easy to replace the battery? Some models seem to have a quick release battery, while others require multiple screws to be removed.

I’ve got a V11 in Australia and the battery died. Dyson sent us a new one within a few days.

Both will feature twice the suction of any cord-free vacuum, whole-machine filtration, our powerful V11 motor, a pressure sensor that signals that maintenance is needed when it detects a drop in airflow, and a high torque cleaner head that uses stiff nylon bristles to drive deep into carpet, and soft, anti-static carbon fiber filaments that capture dust from hard floors. On the Dyson V11 Torque Drive, you will have an LCD screen that reports remaining battery life and maintenance alerts right on the screen. On the Dyson V11 Animal you's have an LED screen that shows remaining run time.

The display is the only difference. My animal has a normal display where the torque drive has the lcd screen and one extra attachment. The animal was $100 cheaper not having the lcd screen and I’m fine with that.
