March 6, 2018Why do when i find a font from fontfinder and i download one but the free version it kinda looks different from the original?
I’d be careful about just searching for fonts and installing them, even if they claim to be free, sometimes the quality is bad and sometimes they’re non-free fonts that someone has uploaded, it’s a good idea to confirm licensing coverage before using any font professionally. Eurostile is a trademark of Monotype so it’s unlikely you’ll find a legitimate free version. More on reddit.com

I'm currently working on implementing a digital version of a defunct card game. The game uses a font very similar to Eurostyle. I plan on releasing the game under GPL3, and I would like to include a font that doesn't have a bunch of license cruft attached to it. It will be accessible from the web, and I may end up making it available for iOS and Android (each likely through sideloading).
I would likely need to be able to include it in my source-code distribution.
