Recently an ad about fantasy map studio caught my attention as I'm a beginner fantasy writer and worldbuilder (working on a DND world) and have been looking for a non subscription based map making tool. My budget's $100 and I just want to buy something good both for a beginner like me to start out while also being something I can sink hours in and eventually make really good maps with.
Did anyone try this? Is it any good? Should I stick to something like wonderdraft? Any advice would be amazing cause I'm not finding anything online so I feel like I'm getting scammed.
Thank you so much for reading! This is my first post here so I am sorry if this is inappropriate.
And no, this isn't an ad, if you all say it's crap and I'm getting scammed, I'm taking your word for it
I’ve been writing my own fantasy novel for two years now. I have about 275 manuscript pages written. I’ve drawn maps for my world building however I want to take my map to the next level. I have browsed the internet for the best map making software. These days you can’t rely on reviews from the consumer site. Can anyone help me out with a recommendation for map making software? I would appreciate any input from those with wisdom and experience using such software.
Hi fellow dice rollers! Does anyone know Fantasy Map Studio and have experience with it? It seems quite appealing, but there are always various scams circulating, and it's sometimes marketed as too good to be true. ^
