But I didn't find any technical differences with those two, maybe except the housing material - mine is all metal, those are plastic with aluminium alloy molding:

Both for $4.99 on sale. I tested mine with P3 (rapid charge) and Pixelbook - powerful enough to charge fully in working state (original Pixel 3 charger brought a message that it won't charge when turned on since not powerful for it). You can check Amazon to see similar chargers at least twice more expensive. ;) The only caveat is delivery time - it can be up to 39-59 days (mine came in less, than 2 weeks in Christmas season).
I have original Pixel Stand, so can not recommend anything else from my experience, but as I know, only one - some Belkin is compatible with Pixel and can charge it rapidly. Google promised to license more, but for now only one Belkin with original price $59 (instead of $79 for Google's Stand).
