FedEx Canada email?
Applying for Retail Customer Service Associate?
I've been at FXO for 5 years. It really depends on your location, but there is a lot of services you'll have to learn relatively quickly. They'll give you a couple weeks of training but that will really only cover the shipping portion of the business. Over on the printing side we offer a ton of services that you're not going to know how to do at first.
After 5 years I'd consider myself competent, but I'm still learning how to do different things.
It's a fast paced work environment and you're going to need to get very good at multitasking.

Repeatedly ask the automated system to "speak to a customer service representative". You'll eventually be routed to a person who barely speaks English on a terrible quality phone line who will tell you they don't know where your package is and ask you to call the original shipper who can file a claim.

Afternoon everyone. I work at a 3PL and do a LOT of shipping with FedEx. Issues come up, and I used to be able to email [email protected] for things that were clearly not claims.
Just yesterday these emails started bouncing back to me saying it's not valid. Does anyone have an email address that I could try? Otherwise I would be spending literally my entire day on the phone.
Any help is appreciated!
