I'll try to make this short.
I ordered some wine, some limited edition Pearl Jam wine, and when I saw when it was going to be delivered, last Friday, on Thursday I did the manage delivery to have it delivered on Wednesday, my next day off, since it needs to be signed for by someone over 21. I even paid $11.50 extra to change the delivery date.
They attempted delivery Friday anyway. My daughter told them I had changed the delivery date online and the delivery guy told her he was going to attempt delivery again on the next business day, which was today and yes they did try again while I was at work.
So I got a text saying they're going to make one more delivery attempt, tomorrow, before they return to sender. So it looks like despite me changing the delivery date and even paying to change it, it makes no difference?
How can I get in touch with someone other than calling because I have trouble hearing in the phone.

Afternoon everyone. I work at a 3PL and do a LOT of shipping with FedEx. Issues come up, and I used to be able to email [email protected] for things that were clearly not claims.
Just yesterday these emails started bouncing back to me saying it's not valid. Does anyone have an email address that I could try? Otherwise I would be spending literally my entire day on the phone.
Any help is appreciated!
