I have been creating a lot of different gmail accounts recently and thinking I was deleting them when I really wasn't, I figured this out when I tried to create another account but it denied me and said I had too many accounts under my phone number,I don't even remember the accounts gmail name. I was wondering if there is any way to at least view the gmail accounts under my phone number.

The way to do this is switch account (or add account) -> forgot email -> enter phone number -> enter first and last name (enter last name even though it says optional) ---> get code on existing device linked --> enter code then it will show you ALL email addresses linked to the phone number

My father has a YouTube channel where he plays games. He logs in with his gmail account, now he’s recently gotten a android cellphone that he associated with his gmail account and I’m assuming the phone number with it. He received a call at 3 am from a woman claiming to be his biggest fan, could she have gotten his phone number just by the gmail address?

Just to clarify, Google won't ever give out his phone number. But it's of course always possible that by Googling someone's Email address, you find a forum posting or social media profile the person made that includes the number. But Google itself will not give it out.

I'm trying to help my mom setup service on a new device. The trouble is that she doesn't remember the google account that we setup the fi service on originally. The old phone is completely dead so I can't get on there to find it. When she first got fi a few years back I believe we set it up under a new google account so she could keep her google fiber home phone # separate on her usual account. She doesn't actually use gmail etc on her phone and we have no idea the account name.
I contacted fi support and even though the "understood my question" they repeatedly just said they can't help me because there's no fi service on the account I'm contacting them. They suggested I login with the proper account (THAT'S THE WHOLE QUESTION, THE ONLY QUESTION, WHAT ACCOUNT?!?) We went round and round and they insisted there's nothing the can do.
TLDR: Is there any way I can figure out what google account is associated with her fi phone number?
Edit - solved by searching for her mystery account by backup e-mail address!

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en Here's the link that finally helped me. Her phone # was the backup # for a different account so logging in or searching by that wasn't working. I was finally able to search by backup e-mail address and found the mystery account name that way.

I created multiple gmail accounts a long time ago, and see that my phone number appears under "Contact Info" (under Personal Info), "2-Step Verification Phones" (under Security), and "Recovery Phone" (under Security). It varies among accounts.

There's no way to know what accounts a number was used to verify with during account creation. If you can sign in, you can check where it's being used in settings. If you can't sign in, if account recovery asks about the number, then it's configured for recovery purposes.
