To be exact, it's ~/Library/Application Support/factorio - ie lowercase f. However macOS is by default case insensitive, so I wouldn't expect that to stop you finding it.

How are you looking exactly? Finder? Terminal? Finder should work - as long as you realise that ~/Library/ means the Library folder under your home directory, not /Library (at the root of your drive), which is a different folder.

Are you familiar with using the Terminal? If so, can you open it, paste in the following command, hit enter, then show a screenshot of the resulting output?
