Just download forge online ( in the correct version ), doubleclick to run it. Then, under %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft there should be a folder called "mods", if not make it ( like its written down but without "" ). Any mods you download need to go into that folder. can be fabric mods since I'm using Sinytra Quick heads up: A ton of mods just straight up don't work with it, so be aware of that. Also, please, for the love of god, put each mod in your list on its own line. This is horrible to read, I genuinely don't know where some mods end and the next begins. The modloader split began in 1.13. Since Forge didn't update to that version, an alternative known as Rift was developed. Rift was abandoned, but was ported to 1.14 as Fabric. However, Forge also updated to 1.14, which caused a lot of confusion and also anger as some mods would port to Forge and others to Fabric. While by now most people are used to the divide, there is still the occasional elitist who claims that their version is superior, and the divide has made the "port to XXX" comments even worse. Both modloaders have fairly large libraries by now. For example, Paradise Lost is an Aether inspired skylands dimension made for Fabric, Create is a massive tech mod about rotational force developed for Forge, and Botania is an old classic that has recently been made available on both. I would recommend trying both modloaders, as both have content that you would never experience while only playing the other.
