Now I'm no Einstein but I'm not Forrest Gump either, although in my opinion forest wasn't necessary stupid , just had a funny way of communicating lol. Anyways this would be a wonderful way for a scammer or hacker to Log into people's accounts and drain them or send money out of but the thing is that it's all legit.
Like the email is a legit email from venmo and it even has a bunch of the legal terms and conditions jargin below it.
Has anyone received a simalar email? Is this likely one of those situations where hacker got access to the email sender and sent out a fishing email?

The catch is you must have a valid phone number that wasn’t used on Venmo before and it can’t be and VOIP services it has to be legit..but other than that I did it there is really no catch
