Free template for genuinely static one-page websites? As basic as possible with one full-photo background. Will not be updated once it’s online.

What's your go-to html/css/js template?

I have been doing web development for about 2 decades. So I have many templated files for these 3 languages, and I reuse/recycle project bones from old work as well. I'm probably a total weirdo, but I actually find solace in typing everything from scratch. These first few tags and stylesheets and scripts are very predictable work, unlike the hell of managing client expectations. More on reddit.com
