I've been checking fairly regularly now for changes in estimated dates between the Samsung store and Best Buy. This morning, before work, I checked again, and Best Buy has removed the listing from search. The only way I could find them at all was to Google "Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Best Buy." So, it went from a pickup/delivery date of the 23rd to not available. Samsung still lists the 28th for me, so I'm hoping my order comes through fine. (I pre-ordered from Samsung for Best Buy pickup.)

I ordered Galaxy Buds 2 from Samsung and picked up at Best buy . The ear buds have caused me ear infection so I want to return them. I don't have the package box anymore . I'm still in 15 day windows, can I just return them at Best buy without the package box?

I imagine you will need to go through Samsung to return if you ordered from them and only picked up from Best Buy. Go to your orders in the Samsung app, start the process there, and they will tell you next steps. Sorry they didn't work out for you!
