A few basic tips. Don't go all out on your first build, I've seen way too many people spend way too much on their first pc becase they have no idea what they need. Build it yourself, I know that sounds intimidating but it so easy that once you've done it you'll wonder anyone thought ever said it was hard. There a thousands of walkthroughs and guides online if you need help, but honestly I'm just telling you to do this to save you some money. Do some research, ask for advice look at benchmarks and shop around. Your obviously already doing that, but I give this advice to everyone. There's some pc building subreddits on here that will gladly help, give them a price range and what your looking to do and they will give you a full build on part picker. Feel free to ask them any questions about their recommendations, they like talking about this stuff. A quick warning in that you might start them arguing over tiny details and personal preferences, you can ignore that, we argue about that stuff all the time, ultimately we are all just big computer geeks that love having the excuse to go virtual shopping. That 2nd one, the Ryzen one. Hands down. It's something I would fight for xD Intel 14th Gen are inconsistent. They claim they've fixed things but I doubt it somehow. Cooler is WAY better on the 2nd one. AIO over Air any day, for me. 7800x3D is one of the best gaming chips available. Side note; the case is nicer too. More on reddit.com
