Apparently Aliexpress Shipping (their separate shipping arm) and YunExpress use these nincompoops for last mile delivery. They are the most incompetent last-mile delivery service I have ever encountered.
They absolutely refuse to deliver to PO Boxes, or UPS stores, or any mailbox stores - Residencial deliveries only ... except they will send their delivery-monkey to a UPS store address, repeatedly, only to mark the package as 'undeliverable - unsupported delivery location' or 'inaccessible delivery location'.
They do not provide ANY means to contact them - I had to track down their email address via some searches - and then cite some 'policy' of not delivering to such locations, and insist on your residencial addressor else' they will return the item back to the sender (which in my case is back in China).
Communication with them is via email only, and running into a serious copy-paste language barrier (all you get back are copy-paste messages). So, even when I had another package arriving, and I contacted them pro-actively to alert them of the different delivery address - they initially confirmed, then proceeded to send their monkey to my UPS store, and refuse delivery, only to then inform me that they do not allow for change of delivery address and the package will be returned to the sender (after they had already delivered 3 other packages to me directly).
Only my shipper, contacting them directly and probably yelling at hem in their native language resulted in a new email assuring me of redelivery several days later.
What is frustrating is that all of these packages had been shipped via express delivery, and while they all arrived within days at the airport, these nimrods delayed arrival each time by up to an extra week.
Anyone else have experience with GoFo Express that mirrors mine?
