Google Account Disabled, Recovery is USELESS
First, try to chill out some. You're going to make yourself sick. Second, try letting the account sit for a full week with NO sign in or account recovery attempts. Just leave it idle for a week. This may help any suspicious activity flags to clear allowing you to attempt account recovery with more questions being asked. Of course that assumes... Do you have a working recovery e-mail and recovery phone configured on the account? If not, it will probably be impossible to prove ownership of the account. More on reddit.com

Trying to recover a stolen Google account is a frustrating process.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone: google allows two step authentication, which will greatly increase the security of your google account in exchange for only a little more work on your part as you set everything up.

Also, you should consider getting a password manager to randomly generate distinct passwords for everything and then remember them for you. You can even have it generate and remember gibberish for your secret questions. Again, a little work to get set up but a lot of added security in exchange.

What did you do to recover your google account?
I do not have a recovery or phone number currently or I do. If you did, the recovery process would ask about it. So you probably don't, which means you have no way to prove ownership of the account to get it back. Switching to another provider may make you feel better, but you did this to yourself. Gmail Account Recovery: Gmail Account Recovery and Security
Go directly to the start of the recovery process at https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery Once you have supplied your e-mail address, you will move into the account recovery process. In the past this was sometimes called the "account recovery form" (ARF) although there is no longer an actual form to fill out. You will then be presented with a number of step to try and prove ownership of the account. The options available are dictated by what recovery options were previously configured on the account.
