Can I use the demo account for my business?

The title, basically. I want to learn Google Analytics so I signed up for the Demo account (Google merchandise store). The problem is test I want to get programmatic access so I could learn GA4 API as well.
I followed an online guide to setup my GCP account and everything only to be disappointed later that there is no way for my service account to be granted access to the demo GA4 account.
Is there a way to do it? I don't have access to a live website and while I could host a website myself, it won't generate enough traffic for me to run useful queries and get some insights.
Btw, if you can share access of any GA4 account (with a live website) with me, I would really appreciate it. I am learning GA4 and there are just a lot of things/properties missing from demo account. I am a fairly technical person, so I could even diagnose and resolve some of your tracking issues along the way for free.
So I just went through the Google Analytics curriculum and did the tests. However, I'm sure the information I got will just fly right out of my head a few days from now since I'm really more of a hands-on learner. The thing is, I don't really have a blog or website and if I build one from scratch, it'll take a long time to finally get enough traffic for data. Does Google provide a practice site (besides the demos in the curriculum) or should I just approach local business? However, I don't like in the US and small businesses in my country are totally tech-averse and would think of me as a salesman or a scammer if I approach them to work on their marketing for free. Would you guys have any suggestions? Thanks!
