September 6, 2022 - Have a perfectly working 6a. No complaints it just works. I'm going for the smaller pixel 7 this time. I can't do another pro model, too big. I didn't have a trade in so I bought a renewed pixel 4a on Amazon for $133 out the door. (5% Back too!) Google is giving $300 credit for it.

October 26, 2022 - So unless cost was the only factor I would get the 7 Pro every time. We use our phones so much and are integral to our daily life and for me to save a few dollars over a couple years owning the phone it is just not worth it. That being said I don't think there is a better phone for the cost than the Pixel 7. Right now it is only $50 more than the 6 a is at normal price and to me it is a much nicer phone. There really is not a bad choice between the two in my opinion and Google has done a great job with the software so far.

January 18, 2023 - I had to use macro lense for a warranty claim and on a translucent surface I was able to show what I needed to get a replacement. Zoom shots and regular shots all turn out great. This is by far the best phone Google has ever made and for me I appreciate all the extras in the Pro and am so glad I got it over the 7.

December 19, 2022 - What did it for me was the size. Pixel 7 in 6.3 inches diagonal, already a bit too large for my taste. Pixel 7 is 6.7 inches diagonal. How big of a phone do you want to carry around all day? Also, the pro has a curved screen, the 7 has flat edges.
