Unfortunately there is no way to do this at the moment.
My workaround for such issues is to use another browser for the second account, or to use a different user account in Google Chrome.
While you cannot switch between Google accounts, you can switch between multiple developer accounts that one Google account has access to (As shown in the screenshot provided by Philippe Cohen). You can grant access to a developer account by going to Settings > Users & permissions.
Context: I purchased mobile games from a Dev through a freelance 3rd party application. Dev wants me to create a Google Play Console account and provide him with admin access so that he can input game details and publish the game on Google Play.
The Dev also wanted me to create an AdMob account and provide the AD Banner ID, Interstitial ID, and App ID. Dev said this is so I can capitalize on the games and generate monthly ad income.
Question: Is this common practice? Or is this a scam?
