So, I got laid off during Jan 2023 mass layoffs. Since then, I joined another major financial bank and have been working since. Recently, I applied for an open role at Google and a recruiter reached out to me for initial conversation. It’s for the same level and same org (Google cloud) as I was in, back in 2023. The recruiter mentioned that the hiring manager was interested in my profile.
What to expect? Will I have to go through all the interviews?
Do I need to go through hiring assessment? I did not go through it last time I interviewed.
Anything else I should be aware of before talking to the recruiter?
Any specific questions to ask?

Prior to the layoffs Google had a policy that you could rejoin any open listing for your previous ladder and level for up to 2 years after leaving without normal interviews, basically like a transfer to a new team. I have no idea how the layoffs have impacted this policy, but I'd imagine it's still in place.
