2 weeks ago - I was pleasantly surprised, the new staff are very friendly and have done a lot - new paint, new hallway carpet, no more garbage smell, new paintings and the maintenance crew came and fixed my heating system the next morning after I called after-hours number in the evening. Unfortunately my job will transfer me to another state in July 2020 but if not I would definitely still live here. I highly recommend Cherry Creek Griffis for the reasons mentioned above: they are very friendly (but not in your face friendly), have been doing a lot to renovate the building, and are very reachable when you need them.
