Greeting Cards - Hallmark sections in stores?
CMV: Hallmark greeting cards are fake love.
But then I remember seeing her Google history. She had been looking up such things as “romantic things to say to boyfriend.”
This is the cutest thing and there is nothing 'fake' or 'shortcut' about it. She is still making an effort to brighten your day and write something romantic to you, trying to express it in terms that are more relevant to your linguistic/cultural background and doing some research to discover what those things are

I'm guessing I'm not the only person who struggles with acquiring a card plus obtaining postage plus mailing said thing out all at the same time.
If you wanna save money on cards, best I've found are at Trader Joe's. Good quality, interesting cards for the price.
But if you want to have the option of a nice card and being able to take care of the whole process when it happens to cross the mind, HALLMARK.COM.
I have no affiliation with them lol, but I feel like this is the perfect invention. They have a decent selection. It's not cheap, but doesn't seem like more than in stores. Plus for no extra charge I believe, you put in the address and they will mail the card for you. Of course, you can personalize the card.
I wanted to send out two cards recently "before I forgot" and before the occasion long since passed. Hallmark.com to the rescue. I even sent one to my ACROSS THE STREET NEIGHBOR. It was well-received, and I was a little worried since she was older, she might be miffed that I didn't take the time to hand-write and deliver something.
I wish I were the kind of person who could get cool cheap Trader Joe's cards and hand-deliver them or mail in a timely manner ... but ... that's probably not going to happen. (or better cards from local artists that are blank inside)
Even when I've kept stamps around in a location I don't forget, plus a stack of cards, plus I could just go down the driveway to the mailbox, it just doesn't get done. hallmark.com gets it done for me.
