Are they phasing this out for a new model or its that good because I cant find any stores even a hour away from me with it in stock? A few even showed in stock but didn't have them in the store.

I'm trying to choose between three different setups right now for die grinders.
I have my eyes set on the following right now:

Hercules Corded Electric for $56 (during the upcoming Parking Lot Sale in March)
Pros are that it's Electric so I can take it really anywhere I have access to an outlet. 25000 RPM and 4 Amp Motor. Directs air over work blowing debris away. I have a Hercules Corded Polisher and I like it.
Cons are that's it's big and bulky. Might be tough for tight areas or angles. 90 day warranty. Two wrenches for collet changes.
2. Craftsman Pneumatic for $65 (includes a grinding stone set rated for 25000 RPM and total cost is with $15 off $75 coupon).
Pros are that it has a 3 year warranty. Insulated body and spindle lock for single wrench collet changes. 21000 RPM and 4.5 CFM @ 90 PSI. I have the Craftsman Pneumatic Air Hammer and the grip is awesome and I really like the tool.
Cons are that it's right angle so might be awkward for some uses in tight deep spaces. Limited to use where I have compressor access.
3. McGraw Pneumatic Right Angle & McGraw Pneumatic Extended for about $45.50 (the Right Angle is on sale for $20 for ITC right now and the Extended can be had this weekend for $24.50 with 15% off or I can wait for a potentially better deal on it with some patience).
Pros are that should have no issues with access as I'd have both 90 degrees and straight with extended 3.5" reach. Rated to 20000 RPM and 2.9 CFM @ 90 PSI and 25000 RPM and 3.0 CFM @ 90 PSI. Insulated body. Includes 1/8" collets.
Cons are that limited to use where I have compressor access. Two wrench collet changes. 90 day warranty. McGraw is the Better tier of their Good, Better, Best system but I've never used any of their air tools before.
Admittedly most use of my die grinder would be in my workshop where I have my compressor. Even though most of my tools are battery, I still have a few corded or pneumatic.
I guess to be truly fair, I should add $10 to #1 and #3 for buying the grinding stones. Which would bring prices to $66 for #1, $65 for #2, and $55.50 for #3.
Open to all suggestions and recommendations.
I need a mini angle die grinder to clean the inside of rims to apply sticky weights but im torn between the McGraw and the Chief. Will the McGraw hold up to daily use in a shop?
Hey everyone!
I've moved a few walls in my basement which were nailed into the concrete ground. The nails were mostly cut through and flush with the concrete. A few have a bit of a jagged edge sticking out yet though. I've tried a few different techniques with tools I have on hand but no luck.
So I'm looking at a really cheap angle grinder from Harbor Freight. $10 cheap. Couldn't figure out hyperlink, sorry :(

I only need it for these like 2 nails (seriously 2) and then I have no idea when I would use it next. It just feels too cheap, too good to be true, even with great reviews... these nails are 1/4 diameter btw. So, what do y'all think?
I don’t have any Hercules tools. And have been looking to replace my old pneumatic one with another of the same. Should I get this instead?
