she was way more diplomatic than i expected 😅 but i also didn't expect these polishes to perform as okay as they did...but at those price points tho??? NEXT.
the marketing for UNDN is just bizarre. maybe if i was like 15 i would have thought it was super kEwL and eDgY, but it's leaning cringe IMO.
and why is the brush so freaking small on the UNDN polish?! literally child size. 😂
i really appreciated her bringing up the reality of The Glass Elevator and the disproportionate success of men vs women in the beauty industry.

I haven't checked them out much since their launch because my impression was they're really poor. They're incredibly expensive for nothing but his name, they don't seem particularly high quality nor do they have expensive enough formulas to justify the price. They've expanded their products since launch I believe but the originals were just some very sheer cremes and shimmer toppers, all of which you could get from a mainstream brand for 1/3 the price or an indie brand for 2/3 the price. I don't think there's anything his brand does that an indie brand hasn't already done 10 years ago and 10 times better tbh.
