I have never used their whatsapp service, but I can say Email or their chat on website is very convenient, email might need to wait a bit, but the chat you will get response within few minutes, maybe next time you should choose one of those :) More on reddit.com

May 15, 2025Hollister’s customer service is horrible.
I’ve had some issues with items being out of stock recently too but unfortunately this is just how it is during the holidays, so many ppl are placing orders and their stock counts may be off. I wouldn’t blame hollister for the slow transit times or delayed delivery tho since that falls on fedex/lasership and they’re crazy busy rn. Also you should consider using the chat option if you have more issues in the future, Ive had really good experiences with the representatives on there. More on reddit.com

I would call customer service to make the complaint and see what's up. If it's already your third time, it's kinda getting ridiculous. I know the struggle because often times I'll manage to order something that easily gets out of stock, and then the order is lost. 🙃 Even when they try to send out the order again free of charge, they aren't able to because the item sold out so only a refund is possible. I don’t know if this is just because I’m used to Amazon responding times or something, but does anyone else find the hollister WhatsApp customers service REALLY slow? Like it takes about 30mins-1hr between responses, are they just really understaffed or are they purposely that slow? I thought because it was a texting channel that once you get put through to someone that they’d stay on the chat until the issue is resolved but is this just not the case? Sorry if my message sounds irritable but I just find almost 4 hours for 3 messages and to be put through to an email team shocking

I bought a gift on December 7th. The estimated shipping date was Dec 11th. I received a notification saying it would be delayed due to black friday which was fine. I called them on the 16th they told me to wait until the 18th, which i did. I called again on the 18th and was informed that my order was sold out.. I decided to place a second order with expedited shipping. My order was supposed to arrive on the 21st i called them and they said the order might arrive on the 24th!!! Mind you I'm travelling on the 24th and I have no time to get something else as everything will be closed tomorrow! I just received an email saying that my order might be delayed until the 26th what the hell is this unreliability. I'm so pissed.

Call your local store and ask if they have those items in stock. If they do, put those items on hold and then call customer service and ask them to cancel your order since you found the items you needed in store. From my understanding, you have to call customer service. Employees in stores cannot cancel your order for you.

Can someone please give me some advice because I’m really stressing rn. I sent a hollister exchange and depop order to the post office at the same time and the parcels got switched. Hollisters already sent the exchange but the return is showing as “not received”. It was delivered on Saturday and hollister hasn’t sent me an email or anything about receiving the wrong item. I’m not sure if I’m gonna be able to get the item back from the depop buyer so I don’t know if I’ll be able to return it to hollister. Does anyone know what’s likely to happen? I don’t have the money atm to pay for it again if they decide to charge me for the return and I’m really worried about my account getting banned

I’m not 100% sure but I’d imagine they’d just charge you for the exchange. There’s probably terms & conditions on the page explaining the returns and exchanges
