So a few hours ago I bought The Division on Steam for £20 in the Autumn Sale which ends at 6pm tomorrow.
I decided I would rather get the gold version of the game instead, only had the game for a few minutes at the most and haven't opened it either.
Im not too bothered about how long the money takes to go back onto my card, but how long does it take for the refund to process and be accepted and for them to take the game out of my account?
I want to buy the gold edition for £32 instead but tomorrow it'll go back up to £65 and I cant buy it until the other one is removed from my account, I know I could just buy the season pass which is £15 but I dont feel the need to spend an extra £3 because im inpatient especially if there's another way.
EDIT: The game has been refunded! For all of you who are curious it took about 2 hours for Steam to respond to the refund request. At this point the money has not been added back to my Steam wallet or my bank but the game has been removed from my library and im now able to purchase the gold edition.

I live in Southeast Asia and just recently on Sunday, June 11, I added $40.16 USD into my Steam Wallet via my ATM Visa Card. Seeing as I could not use the funds immediately on the Steam Market, I issued a refund request a couple of minutes later and after an hour or so I received an email from Steam saying my refund request has been approved and the $40.16 USD had already been deducted from my Steam Wallet. It has been 8 days since then and my Bank Statement only reflects the Debit Transaction for the $40.16 USD. How long does it normally take for the refund to come in and reflect as a Credit Transaction on my Bank Statement? I am worried that Valve/STEAM has scammed me.
