About half an hour ago, I started the free trial for appletv. When I check my subscriptions in settings, it doesn’t show up and i have no subscriptions to cancel. Same thing for the app. My apple id and account for apple tv is the same. I want to cancel the free trial before I start getting charged for the actual monthly subscription and I want to know I can cancel it for peace of mind.

There are a number of ways to cancel a subscription from Apple , and there is also a dedicated page with instructions to cancel AppleTV+ . I believe you do lose access instantly when you cancel though, you don’t maintain access through the remainder of the period.
