You’ll have to fully cancel the Amazon subscription first. Then start a new subscription with Apple. There’s no transfer process though.

What device are you using? If you are on a Fire TV device and signing up on that Amazon will be your middleman. You will need to signup on the web, the Windows Apple TV app or on an Apple device.

About half an hour ago, I started the free trial for appletv. When I check my subscriptions in settings, it doesn’t show up and i have no subscriptions to cancel. Same thing for the app. My apple id and account for apple tv is the same.
