I know I should already have figured this out, but how do I pay my BMO credit card from TD?
I just got approved for the BMO Air Miles card, and I wanted to know how to pay that cc bill from TD.
Can I pay bills at a non-BMO ATM?
How do I cancel a bill payment?
- Click Move money in the navigation menu at the top.
- Select Bill payments in the left hand navigation menu and click Payment activity.
- Select the payment you’d like to cancel by clicking Cancel payment.
- Click Cancel.
If you've paid the bill using mobile banking, you can select cancel payment from the payment confirmation page. Bill payments can be cancelled if the payment was made the same day, before 11:00 p.m. (ET). Bill payments made after 11:00 p.m. (ET) can be cancelled up to 11:00 p.m. (ET) the following day. If you missed the deadline to cancel the payment, and would like to request a refund of your payment, follow these steps:
- Click Move money.
- Select Investigate a Bill Payment in the left hand navigation menu.
Bill payments made at a branch by cash or from your account to a BMO credit card or BMO Line of Credit can be cancelled by visiting the branch.
What payment processing brands offer Click to Pay?
I cant figure out how to set up automatic payments for my new BMO credit card. I also have a new BMO bank account and i still cant find a way to do this. I have found video tutorials from BMO from 2020/21 and the app/website just doesnt look the same anymore or have the same options. There is simply no way to do it for me. What am i missing???? As a part of my welcome bonus for the new bank account i need to set this up and have it automatically pay before april, or i lose the 350$. Quite frustrating.
BMO Chequeing account -> automatic pay BMO credit card. How 😭
Hope this question is appropriate for this group. I just got a new BMO credit card & I bank through RBC. I can’t figure out how to pay the BMO credit card from my RBC account & surprisingly not too much info on RBCs site for how to pay outside credit cards. Also, if anyone knows if it’s possible to set up automatic payments from RBC to BMO, please let me know!
Are there delays in payment?
Do you add the card as a payee?
Could I have a chequing account with TD for example and a credit card with Scotia?
Other things to consider?
I'm a little embarrassed to ask this, but I haven't been able to figure it out. I have a MasterCard issued by BMO, and it seems very easy to pay the bill from my BMO chequing account (just transfer the money, right?). I get my paychecks into my Tangerine Chequing. How do I use that account to pay the BMO credit card?
I've asked BMO how to do this, and they say I need to ask Tangerine. Tangerine says I need to ask BMO.
Background: I'm from the US, and every credit card I have there allows me to add a payment account to my credit card account. There are two ways I imagine the payment could work:
-
I've been trying to figure out how to tell BMO to pull money from Tangerine because that is how every US credit card I have works.
-
It seems like there should be a way to tell Tangerine to push money to BMO, but I don't know any information about how to do that.
There seems to be a bill pay option, but I don't know what information to put in it to make sure my money ends up going to BMO (and not just some other company or something). It wants a label for the payment and an account number... but nothing else? I've never used Bill Pay for anything in any country before - I always have set up accounts like method 1 above.
I know this is probably a really easy question, but I'm stymied with getting it all set up. I've just been using my US credit cards and paying for everything in US dollars for much too long. Thanks.
