It will be for my parents who use browse the web, watch Youtube videos, and use MSOffice. Based on initial research, I've learned that the HP has a better CPU and that the Lenovo has 4 extra GB of RAM. Thanks for your attention.

I am currently debating between these two, but if you also dont think they are worth the price they are selling, and have recommendation for something else let me know as well.
I am not much of a computer knowledge and specs person. I am planning to use this for minor small games, photoshop, school, management of work emails, and work from home stuff. Sometimes virtual online projects including conducting various apps at the same time.
Just need something that will not freak out and crash and something that isn't too pricy.
