How many hours post meal do you take you levothyroxine if you miss it in the morning?
Between 2 hours after breakfast and and hour before lunch with no coffee in between should give similar results to taking 30 minutes before breakfast. In a randomized study conducted on 84 patients, Skelin et al. [25] compared three different timing regimens for l-T4 administration: (1) 30 min before breakfast, (2) 1 h before lunch, and (3) at bedtime, more than 2 h after dinner. TSH, free T4 (fT4), and free T3 (fT3) levels were measured at the beginning and after 8 weeks of each regimen. The results were comparable with baseline in all 3 groups. More on reddit.com

What happens if I forgot to take my levothyroxine one day?
It's all good. The half-life of T4 is approximately 1 week, which is why they test after 4 to 6 weeks with a dose change. Normally if you miss you can take it when you remember and continue as normal or double the next dose. If you arent sure you can also just keep your meds as normal and not fret. In the long run it really won't matter much at all it is more about consistency of taking meds. Get a system that works for you like a pill case or I stand mine up at night and lie it down in the morning when I take mine. Deep breathes and keep on keepin' on :) More on reddit.com
