Easiest way is to slap a case on it and forget about it. Not something recommended as a first DIY repair with no experience and without the right tools. You will damage something and it will be much more costly to repair. Aftermarket back glass replacements are all terrible quality as well, if you broke the original back glass you’ll definitely break the significantly weaker non original back glass replacement you install.

After using a laser to remove a back glass there’s not a cat in hells chance I’d attempt it with hot air. UNLESS it’s been replaced before. Don’t bother watching YouTube videos as it’s not the original glass they’re removing as they are made to look easy. (Hence phones getting damaged by people thinking it’s easy) As said before, if you are going to try it then go easy and don’t force anything. You’d be better having a punch for around the camera lenses and a set of replacement mag safe magnets as they will come off and probably pull some coils off the wireless charger too.
