Otterbox will replace it for shipping costs. They don’t care if it’s defective or you damaged it.

Don’t buy clear cases, most of them either end up yellowing or in the worst case, like this. If you have to, buy dbrand ghost case. They say it will last longer than anyones lifetime and offer free replacements if it yellows. And generally they are really high quality. My favorite case brands are mcdodo, spigen and dbrand. They last longer then the phone.

My experience is most cases that have the hard plastic “ skeleton “ and the rubber cover, like the OtterBox defender are basically the same and provide good protection. I’ve used the actual OtterBox and the the knockoffs that cost 75% less and honestly I can’t see a noticeable difference More on reddit.com

I’ve got the clear one on my 13 pro. Purchased the same day I got my phone. Gotta show off that gold lol. It doesn’t add hardly any bulk and I don’t think it’s slippery. It’s not caused me to drop my phone let’s put it that way. I find the sides rather grippy. More on reddit.com

I went into Best Buy and just tried the case on my phone. It wasn’t bulky but felt slippery compared to the cheaper clear case I bought on Amazon Fo protect my 13P until I got an otter box. I ended up getting the MagSafe Anue case in black. The back is smooth and holds well with the pop socket attachment. The sides have a rubbered texture and adds a lot of grip to the case. Super happy w the purchase and definitely recommend.

Just bought myself an Apple silicone case, replacing Otterbox Symmetry + on a 13 pro, and what a relief for my hands.
I love the Otterbox, being carefree, and do not like the peeling silicone case (previous case) don’t get me wrong. But it really makes a difference.
