I think your expectations need a bit of checking. a credit card is almost 1mm thick by itself. plus a little variance, that means that 4 cards by themselves is pretty mycch 4mm. The internet tells me that magsafe magnets ar about 1mm thick themselves. So that gets you to 5mm, just for the cards and the magnets. So the magnets need to be housed in the back, and that backing also needs to be fairly rigid. So you can assume that's double the thickness, at least, for the back part of the wallet with the magnets. that leaves you with, what 1mm of total space in your arbitrary 8mm limit. And honestly, I'm probably underestimating the width that the parts need to be. Do you want quality materials, or do you want thinness? Pick one. More on reddit.com
