An Instagram user just posted a screenshot showing the iPhone 6s' specs according to Geekbench 3.
His account was deleted soon after (link) but the image can still be found online.
He also stated Geekbench reported that the 6s Plus had a 1.85Ghz CPU and 1.96GB of RAM.
Of course this could easily have been faked so it should be taken with a grain of salt, but it's still interesting to consider Apple might increase the disparity between both iPhone models.

A few things I find odd: A 25% jump is clock speed is quite a leap. The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus both use the same SoC that has RAM on package instead of on a separate die like the iPad Air 2. To have different RAM amounts would lead to some pretty terrible product segmentation and be a logistical nightmare. Having another 1GB RAM device would totally gimp longevity to the point where I would actively tell people to avoid it.

I have the iphone 6 and sister has 6s. I noticed my data speeds were much slower when I used her phone so I did some testing. I swapped sim cards and still was the same. My phone was getting same slow data speeds with her sim card and her phone was working well with my sim card. So it isnt the sim card like some said it affects reception if its damaged. Is the iphone 6s antenna longer or what? She gets 10-12 mbps and I do 3-4 mbps.

The 6s was a massive jump in processor performance compared to the 6. 6s was also the first iPhone with 2 GB of RAM. The 6 has 1 GB of RAM. Double the RAM makes a huge difference in daily performance with apps.
