I am getting the error: "Access Denied. You do not have permission to sign in."
The site does not seem to load images well, so I am assuming something's wrong on the backend.

Hi Folks, is something wrong with the ISC2 website? I have tried cleaning my browser cache data. Tried multiple browsers from Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome & MS Edge to login. It is not working. I tried to reset my password too but its not working. Am i missing something here?
I wanted to set my date for my CISSP exam but so far the pages looks like it has been hacked. I cannot login using my email address and password as well.
I tried to use the query form, email to support, chatbox to raise my concerns but to no avail. It is very frustrating.
I hope someone here can shed some light on the ongoing issues with ISC2 webpage.

I'm in the same boat, been happening since April 15th after the website update. I'm unable to complete the payment to get my SSCP. Your not alone.

I’m facing some issues too. I can’t purchase the SSCP Self-Study Bundle with an exam attempt. Every time I try to add it to my cart, it says ‘Bad URL’.

April 7, 2024 - I've recently passed SSCP exam and paid AMF fee. Due to some issues with my account I only received the Okta login link from Members support. To log into my ISC2 account I have to find the email with the link, log into okta and open the www.isc2.org and community pages from there.
