May 31, 2019Jabra elite 75t won't charge and pair.
Elite 75t are great but let down by an absolute shambles of firmware when it comes to charging. First try resetting the case : place the buds in the case leaving the lid open. Plug the case into three charger, wait a couple of seconds then close the case. Let it charge a couple of hours. This often fixes it. If that doesn't work, reset buds by the long 10s press on both buds at the same time till the flash purple. Then put them in the case and do the case reset above. One of the above has fixed this problem for me every time. If the buds have no charge left to reset them, you can perform the reset of the buds while they're in the case. Hope this helps and if anyone from Jabra is reading this, please fix your useless firmware, it's ruining the experience on otherwise excellent buds More on reddit.com

Hey guys, was wondering how long it takes for you to charge your case with the buds in them? Mine takes more than 3hr 30 mins! Jabra website says it should take around 2 hr 30 mins! I use a one plus 7 adapter to charge, could that be the issue?

Ideally you should charge them with a 5W wall adapter or from a laptop. I would think Oneplus's warp charging or whatever it's called would be way too strong for the buds.
