Does anyone know where to get a replacement charging case for Jabra Elite 75t - original?

Is it still possible to buy a replacement case from Jabra official? I have looked at other posts with links to it but it just redirects me to the main accessories page. Thanks

I lost my case on the bus with my headphones still in my ears. Sadly I haven’t been able to find a way to order a new authentic case. I tried on case on Amazon and it came broken, it was a replica case as-well. Anyone know where I could get a replacement?

I purchased the Jabra Elite Active 75t to use as my gym earbuds. Unfortunately the charging case doesn't work anymore, I've tried the instructions to reset the charging case, but no lights come on.

Amazon can't help as its been over 2 years since purchase.

I've seen no brand generic replacement cases on ebay, does anyone have experience with them? Do you know if jabra can supply cases?

Can someone from Jabra or anyone tell me where to buy a replacement for the earbuds? The original wont charge and i want to get another one, buds works fine.

But according to Jabra i should find them here: https://www.jabra.com/accessories#?pfq=Jabra%20Elite%2075t , but when i go there is just display where to buy and lists a lot of partners but they dont sell it at all also jabra site deosnt sell it why????

The case i need is the one you connect with a USB type C and when fully charged it charge buds when not connected.

I accidentally put my 75ts through the washing machine, I noticed my mistake after a minute but by that time the machine was full of water.

Positive is the ear buds themselves survived, I put them and the case buried in desiccant packets for 3 days and they work however the case is well and truly dead.

I cannot find a replacement case on the jabra website except for the standard 75t elites, will a 75t elite case work with the actives?

I must have left my case on the trains today, figured it was 50 for a replacement case so just went to upgrade to the Jabra elite 7. Can't see any information on whether the cases are compatbile so I can keep my current buds as spares, any idea?

So yeah, I managed to lose the case.
I've been looking online and asked the jabra reps and they say they don't have any replacements.
Do you guys know when they might be stocking them or of any 3rd party providers?

1- buy a third party charging case that apparently works on both 65t and 75t for 20€

2- buy active 75t case

3- wait for official 75t cases to drop

Any other solution is also welcome

Update: I got the active 75t case and it works fine

The case doesn't charge when I plug it in (no led light) unless I flip the lid and close it again, then the red charging led comes up without charging the case. From what I can see it sometimes charges to about 1% and then dies and the headphones themselves are fine with charging. The whole 'reset the case' thing doesn't work because no light comes on when I plug in the case anyway and I tried multiple cables to charge.

I've contacted customer support to see if there's a way to get it fixed but no response yet. In the meantime I'm looking to get a replacement case, but I don't see any for sale by Jabra official retailers in Australia at least. Are there any compatible cases I can use? eg the 85t etc Thanks!

My original charging case is broken and i have scoured the web for a genuine replacement but can't find one anywhere. I tried an alternative brand and it charges ok but it doesn't automatically connect/disconnect so i have to manually switch between phone/computer etc and its really annoying.

Is there anywhere I can get a genuine replacement? I'm located in Melbourne, Australia

A couple of months ago I bought the copper black 75t actives. They're the best headphones I've ever owned and I use them for everything. Unfortunately today when I was walking back from the shops I managed to drop my case :(.

I've searched on the Jabra store for replacement cases and have only found the 75t case in black. I was wondering if this is compatible with the 75t active? If not, does anyone know where I can find specific 75t active cases?

Hi all. My navy elite active 75t case is no longer charging my buds. I tried resetting it by opening the case, plugging it in, and then closing it, but it doesn’t help.

eBay has a black case for $10. Does color matter? I use these as my work/walking earbuds, so I really just want to be able to have a dependable set that I don’t have to worry about. Thanks.

I bought the 75t's not long ago to replace my old Samsung ones and I have to say that my experience so far is that they are just OK.

The fact that I can't listen with just the left ear bud as well as a few other minor gripes really bothered me in the beginning.

And due to some bad luck the case and buds were washed with my clothes. My bad so that's fine, but it's turning out to be almost impossible to find a replacement charging case anywhere.

And this more then anything us starting to sour me on the brand.

Do anyone have any tips on how I could replace the case or will I just have to get to terms with my only 6month old buds being trash and instead purchase from another brand?

I was looking at cases for my jabra elite 75t but now on the website and on stores all I can find is the jabra elite 7 case are these 2 different models or some sort of name change? Also if there different will the case work for mine?

Hello, recently I lost my charging case for Jabra Elite 75t (probably have had these for 1 year). I have been looking around the e-shops in the EU and in my country for a while, looking for someplace where I can buy a new charging case, including Jabra's official website, where there is none under the "accessories" section for 75t. The only place I see the charging case being sold is Fruugo from some Indian or Chinese sellers. Any luck with that? I also tried to contact Jabra directly, just in case, to make sure they are not in stock, but there is no option to contact Jabra on their website, so this is the last place I can ask I guess. I don't wanna buy new ones just because I lost a charging case :-(
