Does Jabra Evolve2 65 has a noise-cancelling microphone or not?
Jabra Evolve2 65 Microphone Active Noise Cancellation Issue
Noise cancellation on the microphone is always enabled.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is only for what you hear. When enabled it adjusts the sound signals on the speakers, to help reduce background noise for you. It does not have any effect on the mic.

After vsiting the great Jabra website last year, I decided to buy two Jabra Evolve 2 40 for my team.
Indeed, their website showed a sample with and without noise canceling from the point of view of the interloc at the other end of the line. The sample was impressive with a background noise canceled from about 80%. It is the feature why I bought them.
Unfortunatelly, after trying from any device and any operating system in any situation, I can say that it was just advertisement : background noise cancelation never worked on both of the two Jabras.
There is no way to activate it, we need to 'trust' Jabra, whereas my customers could clearly hear even the weakest sound 10 meters away...
BUT ! I checked again the Jabra website today and they apparently change the Evolve 2 40 webpage ! The background noise cancelation seems to have been removed...
I also saw that a new Evolve 2 50 was out which included a noise cancelation button; background cancelation is also promoted on it's page contrary to the Evolve 2 40 webpage...
For this reason, I ask to Jabra Evolve 2 50 owners : Does the background noise cancelation feature of the Evolve 2 50 works as the Jabra webpage says or is it just advertisement like they used to do with the Evolve 2 40 ?
Thanks for your answers !
