Currently using the Voyager Focus 2 headsets and looking to try different brands as we have been experiencing issues with these headsets recently.
I’ve been looking at Dell Pro Premium Wireless ANC Headset - WL7024 which seem good but im always sceptical about ordering audio equipment from not audio specialists.
Well Dell are in the game a while now so cant be bad i guess.
What’s your opinion on these or any other headsets which are suited for a busy office environment

We’re primarily using Jabra Evolve2 series headsets. We went through a few cheaper models years ago, but they tended not to last.
Mostly the wired variety (Evolve2 50 - stereo), so I can’t speak to how the Bluetooth connection is. I imagine that it’s still as good as past Jabra Bluetooth devices I’ve used.
Microphone noise cancellation works good in our office environment, which is a rather open layout - no cubicles. We’ve had no more complaints about background noise getting picked up in meetings for those with these headsets.
What's the best headset for videoconferencing?

I'm looking for a headset that will allow me to videoconference anywhere, even in very noisy environments.
I've already tried several headsets, but there's always something wrong:
headset too small and microphone too close to the face
shaky connectivity
Would you have any models to recommend?
Wired or Bluetooth, it doesn't matter.
The only important thing is call quality and voice isolation from the environment.
And that the headset is comfortable enough for big heads 😂
I have a Jabra headset - one cordless one corded.
The mic on them is amazing, however I want something that is over ear to stop the massive noise my toddlers have around the house.
I looked at the Bose quiet comfort, Anker, Sony... and they all sound amazing (can't hear a thing outside) but I have heard reviews that the mic and connection to the computer gets laggy. I'm on Teams, Slack, and Zoom calls constantly throughout the day. I can't have any lag or issues with my audio.
Current setup is Yeti Mic + 7 speakers (I love my music), but i can't listen to it loud due to sleeping babies, and screaming babies distract.
The Jabra's are great for meetings but the sound isn't great.
Any advice on good headsets?
Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.
Please hover your mouse to the sound icon at the lower right-hand corner then right click it and click Troubleshoot Sound. Let the troubleshooter finish until its done then this should either fix the problem or give us an error message.
If that didn't work, we need to remove the Audio driver from the Device Manager and restart the pc to reinstall it.
Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.
Step 1. Use shortcut keys Windows key+ X on Windows 10.
Step 2. Select Device Manager.
Step 3. Expand the entry Sound, Video and Game Controllers Right-click the problematic device it is either Realtek Audio, or AMD High-definition Audio or High-Definition Audio this varies on the audio device installed in your PC and select Uninstall device.
Step 4. You need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.
Step 5. Reboot the computer.
After the reboot, please see it the problem is fixed.
If that still would not work, please visit the support website of your laptop or desktop and then download and install the latest Audio driver then restart the PC.
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Jabra Direct software then update the Headset's firmware.

I have tried the methods you mentioned, and when I uninstall the driver and restart the computer, the problem goes away for a short time, but after a while it reappears. I am currently trying to disable the Windows Update service, I thought it might be the automatic Driver update.
Also, I have uninstalled and installed Jabra's "Direct" software before, to no avail, and Windows' own Troubleshooting tools don't help either.
